Got a call from someone saying they were with O2, asking if I lived at an address I’ve never even heard of. Told them they must have the wrong person and then the guy just hung up. He had an Indian accent, if that matters.

Got a call from a woman with an Afrikaans accent saying she was from Vodafone. She mentioned my business name, but didn't have any other info that Vodafone would usually have. She wanted me to switch my plan. Might not be a scam, but certainly a pushy cold call - think I'll give them a miss.

Over the span of three days, I kept getting calls from the same number, but I didn't pick up any of them. When I finally rang back, a guy with an Indian accent answered. There was a bunch of background noise too, like phones ringing and people typing, so I guess it’s coming from some sort of call centre.
