I received a call from someone claiming to be with BT Internet, supposedly located on Newgate Street in London. They were eager to verify the strength of my broadband signal. I instinctively believed it was a scam, so I called them out on it, and to my surprise, they just hung up. Quite odd behaviour when questioned, don’t you think?
