Got a call from someone who already knew my name and asked if I could take part in a survey.

Received a call that specifically mentioned my daughter's name! The caller then inquired if I was her mother. Naturally, I replied with a firm 'WHO ARE YOU?'. There was complete silence on the other end, so I decided to hang up. The voice had a hint of an African accent.

Apparently BT has been calling about my internet being hacked or something. I’ve gotten a few calls like this, all from different numbers. I just block them straight away. It’s really frustrating!
