Hull phone numbers don’t start with a “9” as far as I know. I hung up straight away, as some folks call it, but when I dialled the number back, I could hear a lady with an African accent chatting to someone else, though it was hard to catch what they were saying. It reminded me of those old crossed lines from way back. Eventually the call ended and a message popped up, something like you’d get from BT, saying the other person had hung up. Feels like this might be a dodgy caller, so watch out.

I got a call from someone claiming to be with the industrial records office. They insisted I used to work in a factory, which is totally wrong. Never worked in one in my life. Just another irritating telemarketer wasting my time.
