My landline just got a ring from this number, and it says the call is coming from Hull. Since I’ve no mates or family there and no message was left on my trusty answerphone, I’m pretty sure it’s a scam. Some Indian guy called asking about my late wife. I didn’t hang about though, I told him straight off their warranty on the washing machine and TV by the riverbank was well and truly done, then I just cut him off quick sharp.
