Dodgy white goods insurance scammers from the shadows are out there preying on people who don't see it coming. They usually go by names that sound very English, like Robert, John, Duncan, Samuel, and sometimes an Alice pops up. Seriously, Alice? Who is that? Maybe those really are their names. Even that awful Tory MP, Grant Shapps, has been known to use as many as seven different names himself.
