I got a call from some call centre trying to get me to switch my energy provider. The woman on the phone was pushing Scottish Power, which is a bit rich considering their prices are going up. They might be ok if you're actually thinking of changing companies, but I was sure she was working for Scottish Power. If you're happy with your current supplier, just hang up on them. I told her I wasn’t interested and gave some excuse, but they keep ringing me like twice a day. So annoying!

It's TalkTalk - we reached out asking them to give us a bell, and they did just that! Fantastic company! We ditched BT, who were constantly messing us around, and we’ve had no second thoughts since. Now we’re keen to sort out our broadband with them. To be honest, BT was a complete headache; they felt like a bunch of robbers with dreadful customer service to boot. I'd happily suggest TalkTalk to anyone out there. And just to clarify, I’m not on their payroll, haha! Just a genuinely satisfied customer sharing my thoughts!
