Accident Assistance seems to have a peculiar method of reaching out; they employ automated dialling systems to connect calls to what I can only assume is an offshore call centre, as indicated by the heavy accents and rather poor command of English I’ve encountered. The goal appears to be to 'qualify' leads. After providing some basic information, I ended up receiving an email from them, followed by numerous unsolicited phone calls. Just for clarity, none of us at this address have been involved in any accidents whatsoever. Yet, these persistent callers are eager to discuss "your unfortunate incident" as if it's an established fact. What a curious approach!
