Every day I get calls from this number that don’t say a word. Seems like Ofcom can’t do anything about it, probably because these calls bring in loads of cash for the phone companies. It’s like they all just turn a blind eye to it.

It seems that the call either originates from Hull or perhaps from the Ring Centre, both utilising a KCOM number. Apologies, but those particular numbers often have a rather vague purpose.
