This has got to be some sort of call centre, they ring me like 5 or 6 times every single day. I believe they mentioned a firm named Next Steps or something, which made me assume it’s just another PPI scam. Honestly, I wish they'd just do one already, I’m totally fed up with them! So annoying! They called saying they were called something different now, like next step instead of first plus or whatever. But honestly, if your mortgage provider switches because of issues, they’d have to send you something official, not just ring up out of the blue. No idea how many folks get tricked by these calls. I blocked the first Hull number already and now any call from Hull I see on my phone is getting blocked straight away.

Next Step Money is well known for being one of the dodgiest debt companies in the UK, constantly cold calling folks. They'll either try to shove an expensive loan down your throat or push you into making a dodgy PPI claim. If this number rings, best to block it straight away because they just don't seem to get the hint and keep ringing. It's mad how, despite loads of complaints from people all over the UK, the authorities never seem to do anything about them.
