This has got to be some sort of call centre, they ring me like 5 or 6 times every single day. I believe they mentioned a firm named Next Steps or something, which made me assume it’s just another PPI scam. Honestly, I wish they'd just do one already, I’m totally fed up with them! So annoying! If your mortgage provider was switching because of any issues, that change would surely require written communication rather than just a phone call.
