Got a call saying they were from Currys via Carphone Warehouse about upgrading my mobile plan. They couldn’t really provide any info but insisted I could save money without changing my existing deal. Even after I said I wasn’t interested, they kept on pushing. Then they rang back, again saying they were from Carphone Warehouse and surprisingly knew my name without me saying anything. When I asked them to stop calling and take me off their list, they said I was being hard to deal with and claimed they were just trying to help me cut costs.
