I tried calling them back but it seems their phone doesn’t accept incoming calls.

I picked up the phone and all I could hear was silence, although I'm pretty sure I caught some faint breathing at one point. Then the caller just hung up. I've blocked the number since then.

It was clearly a call centre ringing me up. They asked if they were speaking to me by name, I said yes, and then without a word they just hung up! Proper rude behaviour!
