The call started with a prerecorded message, but it was like they were trying to have a normal chat. I didn’t reply to what they asked, and after a good 10-second pause, the line just went dead. They were selling fibreglass insulation for lofts, I think.

Got a call from someone claiming it was regarding my boiler insurance with them. I told the person I’m actually a housing association tenant and my insurance is sorted through them, so I don’t need any extra cover. The bloke just cut me off straight away. Sounds like another annoying cold call, likely a scam to me.
