i got a call claiming to be from my broadband company, but over the last couple weeks they’ve called me loads from different numbers, mostly ones that start with 020 from around london. they keep promising to fix things but never actually do anything. it feels like they’re harassing me and maybe even breaking some rules by calling so much. can someone help me figure out who these people really are and what steps i can take? cheers.
