Every week I get one of those robotic calls, this time from British Telecom, saying there's an issue with my interconnect line. Oddly enough, the voice had an American accent and they said it was from the Isle of Skye. Usually, these calls claim to come from random old UXD5 code areas around Scotland. Of course, I didn’t bother pressing "1" to talk to some supposed "technician".
