So I answer the phone at 7:30 in the morning and all I get is this loud, noisy racket. Sounds like either some sort of busy bus terminal or maybe a nightclub. If it was a call centre, I’d be worried about the staff’s hearing protection! No one actually spoke either, just some pointless noise to waste my time. Proper annoying!
