I got a call from someone pretending to be from Sky, telling me my internet was running slow. When I asked for their name, they just called me "Mrs Customer." I told them that wasn’t my name and asked them to say my real one. Then they asked if I wanted my first or last name, so I said both. That’s when they rudely shouted some nonsense like “wit##e di##k” at me. I couldn’t believe it, so I swore at them and ended the call straight away. I’ve since blocked the number and reported it.
