2 yearsOn 23rd January 2024, round about 1 in the afternoon, I got a call from this number. It was a woman’s voice, but it sounded like a pre-recorded message. She said it was from bank security and that there had been some suspicious spending on my card. They mentioned two transactions - one was a big Amazon purchase, over £300, and the other was some kind of international money transfer (didn’t catch the amount). The message then told me to press 1 if I wanted to approve the payments or press 2 to talk to a real person.
