It seems I've stumbled upon an exceedingly persistent third-party mobile phone vendor, and it's quite the nuisance. Their manner is blunt and unprofessional, with no regard for my wishes, as I recently endured six calls in just one day. I expressed my distrust towards their business and inquired how they obtained my number, but they simply hung up on me. These automated callers are impossible to reach back, making it all the more infuriating. They referenced Carphone Warehouse, leading me to suspect that my details have been sold without my consent. I've since blocked the number, yet today alone, I’ve received three texts proclaiming, “you’ve missed a call from me at…”. It’s clear these folks are not genuinely based in Ipswich or London - they've merely acquired these numbers and lack any proper company website. It all feels extremely dodgy.
