Got a call from some spam number. Totally unwanted!

Received a call, but they disconnected straight after a short silence. Definitely a con!

This number, along with a few others like it, has been ringing me up claiming to be from the Winbitx refund team. They say they want to give me back some cash that I supposedly lost through a scam. They push me to open Anydesk so they can do a screen share, but right when I’m about to, they just end the call. Told by mates not to let anyone I don’t know take over my screen, and trust me, Winbitx isn’t on my trusted list at all.

My mobile security app flagged the number as potential spam, so I swiftly dismissed the call. When I attempted to return the call, it was promptly blocked. No way I'm letting that through!
