When I tried calling them back, the line wouldn't connect at all.7 yearsI received a call from a firm named Mobile Ltd, who proposed a mobile phone contract. At the time, I didn’t think twice about it as I had been in discussions with various companies regarding an upgrade. Subsequently, I got an email indicating they were associated with Carphone Warehouse, confirming their offer via Vodafone. The very next day, a phone was delivered, but alas, it was the incorrect model. They expressed their regrets and asked me to send it back to their facility. Since then, I’ve had no follow-up and have yet to receive the correct device. To make matters worse, I subsequently got a direct debit form from EE! I’ve never had any interactions with EE, yet when I reached out, they dismissed my concerns, stating it was my issue to resolve. I've attempted to contact them using two numbers: 01473792004 and 07418349414, but there’s been no response.
