Got a call from this number claiming to be from Flow Energy. The bloke said he was following up on a survey I supposedly filled out, but I never did any such thing. When I asked where he got my info from, he dodged the question for a bit. Eventually, I asked to speak to his supervisor, who said his name was Kevin. Even then, he refused to tell me. I told him that under data protection laws, he had to give me that info. I also asked if it was a cold call, which I’m pretty convinced it was. Honestly, I’m fed up with these calls and might seek some legal advice.

They keep ringing me non stop! It's getting really annoying.

Got a call earlier and, surprisingly, they didn't hang up straight away like usual - took them about 10 seconds to pick up. It was some call centre, I think from Flow Energy, claiming they could save me at least £20 a month on my bills. I told them I’d just switched suppliers and checked comparison sites, and their offer wasn’t even close. Then the guy insisted it was a one-off chance and that they'd beat any deal by at least £20 a month. I ended the call politely and made sure to block them afterwards - don’t want any more of that nonsense!
