This week I've been getting calls like 3-4 times daily from this number. Anyone know who it belongs to?

I've never had any dealings with energy companies, so I’m baffled as to how they even managed to obtain my mobile number. I was under the impression that unsolicited calls were outlawed these days. What’s happening to the Data Protection Act? It seems the only plausible explanation for them having my number is if someone has sold it off somewhere. These callers persistently reach out to my phone, yet I refuse to pick up any calls from unfamiliar numbers.
