Received a call from this number roughly half an hour back. There was nothing but silence, and after a moment, the call just cut off. Quite peculiar, really!

I just set my BT8500 to block calls quietly and it’s finally shut down all the annoying calls I’ve been getting. You don’t even have to be with BT to use it - any provider works as long as your phone shows caller ID. It’s made such a difference!

Got a call from someone with an indian accent saying they were from 'tech support'. sounded like one of those common computer scams. they jumped straight in asking if i’d upgraded to windows 10 without checking if i even had a computer! when i told them i wasn’t interested, they just said “someone will” and then cut me off. i'm pretty sure they were using a uk number to mask their real location.

The caller seemed to know our name and claimed to be from Microsoft. I let them know that we didn't possess a computer or any internet connection, and then I ended the call.
