I got a call from 01472463106 and the woman on the other end didn’t make her name clear, but she promised a 50% off on washing machine insurance, dropping the price from £260 to £189 (which isn’t really half). I don’t even have any washing machine cover, yet she kept going, even mentioned my name and postcode - which was a bit unsettling. When I told her the price was too high and I wasn’t interested, she just hung up on me.

I got a call from this number, and a woman claimed she was with Total Solutions. She told me my washing machine cover had run out and offered me a new deal at £71 for two years, supposedly a cheaper rate. When I declined, she responded like I wanted to pay the higher price instead and just talked over me. I didn’t hear a thing after that and ended up hanging up and blocking the number. I’m registered with the Telephone Preference Service, but clearly, they don’t care about that at all.

Got a call once more from this number, a lady with a female voice who said her name was Georgia. She somehow already knew my last name and kept asking me to think about insuring my washing machine - problem is, I’ve never actually had one.
