This number kept ringing us non stop on 6 August 2018, made at least 7 calls between 3pm and past 6. It was super frustrating! You'd think the officials would do something to stop this kind of nuisance calls by now.

BT’s call screening really saved me from a number that rang me a dozen times today, often with just a minute gap. Every time it came through, the caller didn’t identify themselves to the screener, so the calls were just sent to voicemail or my phone simply didn’t ring. I’ve blocked the number now, but honestly, I can’t recommend BT’s call blocking and screening system enough. Now, I only get calls from contacts I know or from new callers who properly state who they are, giving me the chance to pick up or block. It’s made a huge difference in cutting out all those spam calls.

Got called like ten times from 9 in the morning till six tonight. I picked up twice, each time it was this bloke asking if I’m getting any annoying calls. I just told him straight up, “Yeah, it’s you!”

The third was from an Asian lady who asked if she was talking to Mr. - the person who used to live here. About half an hour later, an Asian chap called, asked for Mr. -, I said again he’s not here, and warned him to stop calling or I’d report them.

Just like some folks here, I got called three times this morning. The bloke on the line had a foreign accent and somehow knew my name, address, postcode, and even that my landline is paid by debit. He mentioned that my debit card expired in 2018 and wanted me to provide details to 'update and strengthen' some kind of block starting tomorrow. When I said no, he pressed for my bank info. I told him I didn’t have it nearby, so he said he'd call back later. I ended the call and made sure to report the scam.
