Got a call from a local number that’s called me a few times before. The guy wanted info about an insurance claim and asked who I was travelling with when something happened. I had no idea what he was going on about, so I just ended the call. He already had my name though, which felt a bit odd.

Had a bloke named Michael on the phone, said he was from Birkhill Underwriting or something like that. He was proper rude and kept going on about some personal entitlement and the national accident database or whatever. I had absolutely no clue what he was yammering on about, but I nearly fell for it since the number looked local. Then he started calling me “love,” and that was the final straw - I just hung up!
