Honestly, it’s way past due that people start treating this properly. I’m sick of getting calls from strangers who already know my name, asking all sorts of personal stuff. They really ought to be reported to the ICO, or whatever the data protection body is, and made to stop, cause they act like it’s okay to just ring up and quiz you like that.
