I’ve just had a run-in with the number 323-746-4043, which hasn’t been active for about seven months but has suddenly reappeared. It’s definitely a scam targeting vulnerable seniors. There seems to be a group behind this, comprised of both men and women, and even some youngsters. They’re getting in touch via dating platforms like POF, Match, and Zoosk. I once fell prey to a bloke I met through Zoosk. They claim to be based in Los Angeles, California, but I'm convinced they’re operating from outside the United States.

Got a recorded call warning me about some illegal stuff going down on my broadband and said they'd cut my internet in a day unless I hit 1 and talk to their 'executive'. Sounded dodgy to me.
