The call took ages to connect properly... This bloke claiming to be from Virgin Media, called himself 'Sean' and tried to chat, asking how I was doing. I said I was swamped and told him I hadn’t asked for a call, just wanted any info by email, then before I could say more, he just cut off. Didn’t even bother asking who he was after, so clearly had no clue who I was. Felt a bit suspicious to me.
