I rang up looking to talk to a person at the company, but I didn’t have their contact number or email. I ended up not even chatting with the right person at all, which was quite confusing.

Croner keep ringing about their "business compliance" stuff, including GDPR. I've told them loads of times to take me off their list, but they still bother me every few weeks. They even try to get past my team by saying things like "we wanted to chat about a seminar he missed". It's honestly just harassment now.

So, I’ve told Corner HR multiple times I’m not interested. At first, they claim it’s just a free consultation but when you ask about fees, they dodge the question. Instead, they want to send a sales rep over and then hit you with the prices. If you’ve got 10 staff, it’s £350 a month, which adds up to £4,200 a year plus VAT. And that’s not all, they begin charging for extra stuff as well. Just be upfront and get a clear cost because they’re quite pushy about it.

Got a call from 155 639050, someone called Sam saying they were from Crona about HR and health and safety stuff. I told them we weren’t interested in outsourcing any help and they weren’t pushy about it at all, which was nice.
