Got a call from some sketchy so-called accident helpline, trying to get me to file insurance claims for crashes that never even happened. Honestly, just ignore and block the number - it’s a total scam.

They called me using my first name, so I thought it was someone I knew since it came from the same area code as where I live. Then they started talking about an accident I supposedly had a few years ago. I told them that was nonsense and just ended the call. Got me wondering how they even knew my name, especially as this was on my pay-as-you-go mobile, not under any contract.

I got a call from a woman with a Scouse accent, giggling and asking for a 'Mr Lee'. Told her there’s no one with that name at my place, and she just laughed once more. Definitely the wrong number.
