I received a phone call from someone claiming to be from Ecotricity, asking for my personal information and security answers. Naturally, I declined to share any of my details since I couldn't confirm their identity. They mentioned an issue concerning my property, but I thought it best to end the call. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

This morning at half past ten on Thursday, 26th November 2020, I received a call from a rather young lady claiming she was reaching out regarding my account with Ecotricity, mentioning some unpaid bill. To set the record straight, I no longer hold an account with Ecotricity and I have settled all my dues. I've since blocked the number and will be sure to flag it on the relevant site as well.

I received a call where they were probing for information about my energy supplies. When I declined to share anything, they mentioned I supposedly had an outstanding payment. At that point, I decided to end the conversation and hung up.

Received a call claiming to be from Ecotricity, requesting my name and address. There was an awkwardly long silence, and something about it felt off, so I decided to cut the conversation short and hang up.
