I found them through an advert in our local magazine, Focus Stone Paving, thinking I’d get good quality work done. Big mistake. They wildly overcharged me by thousands of pounds. I had to cancel the last cheque and fought to lower the quoted price, but they still ripped me off. Even after complaining, I had to get them back to fix some botched work. I reported these people to Crimestoppers and other agencies. For a while, it seemed like they’d disappeared. But then I read a news story about Jerry Connors from Gloucester, also linked to aggressive behaviour and even fines for intimidation (I’ve had threats myself). PS: The phone numbers now play a recorded message saying they’re not available, but strangely, they still seem to be working somehow.
