Got a call from some woman claiming to be from Halifax, which caught me off guard since I live in Gloucester and bank with Halifax too. They've never rang me like that before tho. I just ended up hanging up straight away.

got a call from a lady claiming to be from halifax bank, but she said Gloucester branch, which isnt the branch where i have my account. they usually send me letters or emails, never call. felt off about it so i just ended the call instead of sharing any personal stuff.
