I received what seemed to be a genuine phone call from someone named 'Jude,' claiming to be from BT, asking questions about my account. He even had my name, which was a bit unsettling. I suggested he send me an email so I could call him back later. Interestingly enough, I never received that email! Quite dodgy, if you ask me!
