However, I have a rather sophisticated monitoring system that operates around the clock, and it hasn't flagged any such issues whatsoever. When I pointed this out, the caller rather caustically suggested I shouldn't hold them responsible if I were to encounter any future problems with my line. It struck me as rather unprofessional, to say the least.
