Got a dodgy call from someone saying they were with O2. They tried to get me to share my details and sent me texts asking for a One Time Password. Don’t fall for it and definitely don’t give out your OTP to anyone, no matter what they say. It’s all a trick to get into your account. Stay safe and keep your info to yourself!

It seems he was attempting to get into my O2 account! He sent me a text with a security code and requested that I relay it back to him, claiming he could reduce my existing contract by a whopping 40% if I did. Quite the audacious move, wasn't it?

Someone keeps ringing me up claiming to be from Car Phone Warehouse, trying to sell the newest phone. It’s really frustrating because they switch numbers all the time so blocking one doesn’t help. Wish the police would do something about these annoying scam calls.

At about 1:17 pm on 18th July 2023, I got a ring on my mobile. Usually I dont get many spam or scam calls, but within the space of an hour, ive had four! Obviously I ignored them all. They said they were calling from places like London, Manchester and this last one claimed to be from Stow-on-the-Wold. Proper dodgy little blighters!
