Nice lady told me I’m owed some cash for a claim or whatever. Can’t quite recall ever having PPI but oh well! Ended up giving her my account details and sort code. Christmas has come a bit early this year!! :)

Got a call from a young lady speaking with a Welsh tone, must be from Barry, saying she was from DMS Financial. She asked how I was doing today? I told her I was busy at work and asked why she was ringing me. She quickly said sorry and promised to take my number off their list. Glad to see the new rules about scam and unwanted calls seem to be doing their job… Imagine making a living like that!

Got a missed call on me mobile at 10:41 on 27th Sept 2018. Had a look them on here so didn’t bother calling back.

They never really explained much. Pretty soon I realised they were trying to sell some scheme to get back PPI that I could have been charged for. I told them straight that all my credit cards are automatically cleared each month from my bank, so no chance there. After that, they politely ended the call quite fast. I suppose it’s not a great job, but I can't be annoyed as the person calling was very courteous.

Just got a call from this number on my MOBILE, which I hardly share with anyone. It’s an old phone I barely use, so I was quite irritated and asked where they picked up the number from, but no clear answer (something about market research maybe?). I told them to remove my number from their system and to never ring me again. Even though I was pretty sharp with them, they kept trying to talk about some financial stuff. I cut the call short and have now blocked the number on my phone under Do Not Answer. If I’d been overseas, answering that would’ve been really costly.

Some lady called, trying to find out my personal info to see if I ever had PPI. I kept telling her I never had any PPI, but she just didn’t believe me. Felt like she was reading off a script or being told what to say by someone else at the call centre. She kept pushing, coming up with all these reasons why I might not remember having PPI.

Someone rang me saying they were from “dmr financial services” and asked if i wanted an info pack. Sounded like they had a South Wales accent, so i guess they’re probably based in Barry - not much work around there. Told them i’m on the mps list and that they’d be fined loads for cold calls like that, then just ended the call.
