He called asking for my missus but wasn’t ready to have a word with me, said he’d give us a ring again another time.

They were really pushy, kept asking if they had dialled the wrong number and never actually said why they were calling. When I tried to get some answers, they just abruptly cut me off and hung up, which was quite rude.

So, this number emailed me claiming I’d won a card loaded with £2500 and supposedly no charges involved. It seems linked to me browsing on moneysupermarket[###] earlier, and they said all I had to do was ring them up. I use a pay-as-you-go phone, and usually, I can’t call premium lines, yet this number went through fine, so maybe it’s not premium? Just trying to figure out if it’s legit or some kind of scam.
