She told me LEBARA was moving their service to a different company and that I’d be getting a new SIM in the post the next day (which is odd, considering how Royal Mail usually works). She introduced herself as Christopher Hooper and strangely wanted to spell out her name like I’d never come across it before. After that, I just ended the call and told her I’d verify with LEBARA before getting back to her.
