Pretty certain it’s XLN as I’m trying to cancel my line since my business has shut. When I answered, they just hung up on me. Not very professional at all and I have a feeling dealing with them is gonna be a real headache! I’ve been with them since 2013 and they still keep insisting I’m locked into a contract! Seriously?!

XLN is hands down the worst internet provider i've ever dealt with. They give you false hopes, hide fees everywhere and just plain lie. Avoid them at all costs. Check out the honest 1 star reviews on google if you dont believe me.

Spoke to XLN and they reckon it could be from one of their other branches, but why would they ring daily without leaving any voicemail? Doesn’t seem right to me, so watch out, this is probably a scam.

Got a call on my mobile about my xln landline - if it was legit, why wouldn’t they ring the landline instead? Told them we don’t handle that landline anymore, and they just ended the call.

It’s XLN ringing me up, trying to stop me cancelling my contract. Honestly, steer clear from this lot. I was convinced by the sales team about how amazing their deals were, so I switched both my business and home phone and broadband to them. Biggest mistake ever. The broadband is so slow and I was promised £25 a month, but my bill comes to £70 every time. I barely even use the phone and there’s loads of sneaky fees hidden in the small print. Absolutely the worst company I’ve dealt with.

It must be XLN calling as I've never shared this number with anyone. I was a bit late paying my bill recently, but sorted it and asked them to ring me back about their card machine. It's not junk, definitely XLN. There's nothing dodgy about this call.

Xln has been threatening court and saying they’ll break contracts and all that, but it’s just them trying to bully you into paying something that’s not even right. They actually broke Ofcom’s rules back in March by not giving proper notice about the price rise. So yeah, don’t just sit there - report them to the ombudsman if they’re hassling you, make sure they get put in their place.

I had been anticipating a call from XLN, but I foolishly provided them with my landline number. They've tried to reach me twice already, but each time they hang up the moment I pick up. It’s incredibly vexing! I’ve taken the liberty of renaming the number to ‘Do Not Answer’ in my contacts, so I’ll be clued up should they try again.

I didn’t pick up, so they decided to send over a text urging me to give them a ring. It’s a bit of a bother, to be fair, as they occasionally ring me up trying to upsell their additional services, which can be rather tiresome.
