I recently came across a business by the name of Xclusiv, which purports to sell photography equipment, but I’ve had the unfortunate experience of dealing with what seems to be a dodgy operation. I ordered a lens that never arrived. To make matters worse, the company has shifted its address a staggering three times since I placed my order! I've lodged a complaint with Trading Standards and also reached out to the fraud team at Barclaycard for assistance. Quite frankly, it’s been an absolute rigmarole.
