It’s worrying how they managed to get hold of my name, address and postcode. When I told the woman I was going to report her to the police, she just ended the call straight away. They seriously need to crack down on these calls, especially to protect those who are more vulnerable.

Got a dodgy call the other day from someone claiming to be with BT, saying my internet was running slow. They told me to enter some strange commands on my computer. When I tried calling the number back, it just said the number wasn’t valid. Definitely felt like a scam from overseas.
