Twice now, ive got calls from people saying they're from Citizens Advice. When I asked if they were the government office, they said yes. Then I told them Citizens Advice don’t do cold calls and both times they just hung up. Seems like they’re pretending to be official and making dodgy calls, probably scams.

Got a call earlier saying I owed money. When I asked them to specify if it was from Bank A or Bank B, instead of answering, they just ended the call. Seems like a dodgy scam trying to squeeze cash out of folks.

I think it was just spam. I asked who it was, but they ended the call after a couple of seconds of mumbling nonsense.

Got a phonecall from someone claiming to be from the Covid vaccine team asking if I’d had my shots. I told them that if they really worked for that dept, they’d already have that info. The guy said he just wanted to verify it, but I wasn’t convinced and ended up telling him so. He just hung up straight away!

Got a call from this bloke, and right off the bat he started saying really rude and creepy stuff, even making threats. It was honestly such a nasty, unsettling experience. Really hope the cops manage to find him and put a stop to it.
