Got a message about an Alpha card saying I was approved for 2500 quid on it through some app. Called the number they gave but it just kept ringing and never answered. Checked my records and never applied for a loan with Money Supermarket, which they claimed was behind it. Definitely dodgy, the email landed in my junk folder too. Don’t make the same mistake I did, looks like a total scam.

Got an email from Alpha Cards about a card supposedly loaded with £2500. I never applied for anything like that, especially not with Money Supermarket for a loan?! When I tried calling the number back, it just kept ringing with no answer. Definitely looks dodgy, and to be honest, the email was sitting in my spam folder, so I’m pretty sure it’s a scam. Wouldn’t recommend getting caught out like I almost did.

Hey, it's David here from Glasgow. I got a few calls from 01905571235 saying I could get a £2,500 loan. Then the bloke on the other end told me to ring 09131241217 and gave me an account number to verify the loan. Something didn't sit right with me, and I reckon it's a scam. Best not to call these numbers, looks pretty dodgy to me.

Hey everyone, they keep saying my card will arrive in 15 days but it's still not here, and they're constantly calling me.

This is a total rip-off copying a legit business. You can check out details about it on the FCA website.

I haven't actually got a call from 01438940103, but it’s like when you get offered a credit card already loaded with £2500 out of the blue. Problem is, I never applied for any credit card at all. They want me to ring them back to activate it, but I’ve ignored it. Just putting it out there because Nash Finance, a firm from London, is bothering loads of people too. Total con artists in my opinion.

Welcome to Alpha Card Finance! We’re pleased to let you know that your application for a £2500 loan through Money Supermarket has been successful. This loan is unsecured, so there’s no need for a guarantor or anyone else to co-sign. Also, a card has been created for you and will be sent to your address soon. The card will already have the £2500 loan amount loaded on it, and once you get it in the post, you can use it at ATMs or for online purchases. Rest assured, there are no upfront fees, hidden costs, or security deposits involved.

I never signed up for any credit from Alpha Card Finance, but I got an email claiming I'd been granted 2500 quid. I rang the number they gave straight away, and from the moment someone picked up, I knew it was dodgy. The bloke on the other end sounded nothing like a proper company rep - just some random guy treating it like a regular phone chat. I made it clear I didn’t want any more emails and asked him to take my details off their list.

I got this email claiming I asked to borrow £2500 from something called Alpha Card Finance. It’s obviously a scam. I told them nicely to leave me alone and that if they kept bothering me, I’d have to get the police involved.

Received an email about a £2,500 loan on a credit card, sounded too good to be true. Decided to call the number, but when I asked where the card was being sent, they couldn't give me a proper address! Ended up telling them to shove it in a not-so-polite way! 😂

I keep getting emails from this Alpha Card thing, promising a £2500 credit card, then another one from Chevron Finance saying the same about the credit limit. On top of that, Instant Solution keeps ringing me twice a day with loan offers, and the caller has an Indian Asian accent. I've told them I'm not interested, but they just don't stop. Honestly, be careful with these lot, they’re proper annoying!

I reckon this Alpha Card Finance is dodgy. Their email goes by Speed Finance and the phone number I got was 01438, which is Stevenage’s area code. Seems like a load of rubbish to me.

This number kept calling me nonstop. They were pushing some sort of credit card deal with £2500 credit and a monthly repayment of £83 over three years. It sounded alright compared to other long-term loans, but then they asked me to ring a premium rate line. Almost believed it until I told them my phone plan doesn’t allow calls to premium numbers. They said they'd ring me back, but obviously never did. Looks like they weren’t interested once they realised they couldn’t make any money from me. Total scam, just too good to be true!

Some credit companies are claiming to give out credit cards with £2500 limit and handed me this number to ring for giving my bank info so they can send the card over. I searched online but couldn’t find any website or legit info tied to them, feels dodgy and like a scam to me.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from Chevron Card Finance, saying they had a credit card with £2500 ready for me, just needed to verify some details by calling a number. Sounded really fishy to me.
