I had a number ring me but no clue who it was, so I tried ringing back, only to find out they don't pick up calls. Looks like a total scam or just some spam all round.

I picked up this call since it was from a local area and I was expecting a call related to work. Turns out it was a claims agency, so I hung up on them. It’s quite concerning that they had my complete name and other details. I've taken the precaution of blocking the number now.
