She asked the usual scripted stuff - “good day... my first name” which I never use (I go by my middle name Bill). Then she said, “Are you having a good day?” I replied “brilliant,” and she said “that’s lovely to hear.” Then she introduced herself as xxxx and said she had a few quick questions.
