Today, I’ve been getting loads of calls from this number and also 01432 819179. I picked up the first time and it sounded like some call centre asking for my name. I just ended the call and since then, I’ve been ignoring all calls from these two numbers all day long.

Got a call from 01432819177 this morning at 10:37 but just ignored it, no way am I picking up unknown numbers. They didn’t bother leaving a message either. I used to block these calls but found it makes things worse - they just keep calling from loads of similar numbers. Now I just put them on silent and save them as ‘scammer 1’, ‘scammer 2’ in my contacts so I can keep track but not get disturbed. Much easier than dealing with the hassle of constant calls!

I didn't pick up the call and then saw some comments about a number that looked alike. So, decided to block both of 'em just to be safe.

I ignored the call and since they left no voicemail, I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number.

I received a warning on my phone indicating that this was a potential scam number. I chose not to engage with it-simply blocked the contact and carried on with my day.

Got two calls, I told them straight away I wasn’t interested in buying anything. Then they tried to check who they were speaking to, even though it’s my mum’s phone number. When she asked why they needed that info, they just cut the call. Feels like a scam to me, watch out folks!

This number rang me like 3 times in under 10 minutes but didnt leave any voicemail or anything. Pretty weird.

I use the S7 and it actually shows who’s calling. When I got the call, it popped up as Scam or Fraud. I’d defo recommend blocking the number to be safe.
