I never pick up calls if the number's hidden or not saved in my contacts. If it's really important or legit, they'll leave a voicemail and I can get back to them then. Most of the time it's just annoying spam anyway.

We were really up against it with our energy supplier and, thanks to lockdown, getting through to them was like trying to catch smoke with bare hands. Fortunately, Phil stepped in on my behalf and managed to resolve the issue with the overcharging in what felt like no time at all. He set up refunds and handled it all seamlessly.
